Boat ride to a nearby island to have lunch freshly caught via harpoon and grilled on the beach. <br />2.&nbsp; Fresh seafood nightly.<br />3.&nbsp; Climbing Xunantunich and feeling like a Mayan -- except for the sacrificial altar part.<br /><br /><a name='more'></a><br />4.&nbsp; Kayaking for the first time on the calm and clear waters off Placencia's beach.<br />5.&nbsp; Being spoiled rotten by the pristine and second largest barrier reef -- the most beautiful I'd ever see unless we make our way to Australia.&nbsp;
